Brad Taylor is the Head of Human Resources at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has personally worked with Poolia for the last year. He describes how the relationship has developed.

Brad explains why he uses recruitment agencies.
"It comes down to speed and efficiency. We are aware that not everyone is going to understand the nature of our organisation and may make assumptions about us, which might potentially put them off from applying directly. Brad describes how CIMA is looking to drive up membership growth and student numbers through developing the organisation's brand globally; succession and talent planning are therefore key priorities and it is therefore critical to have the right recruitment partners.
