Perm Recruitment Consultant - Banking Finance
CentralLondon- Holborn
£24,000 - £30,000+ competitive commission structure and benefits

The role will involve building solid relationships with clients and candidates and providing a high quality service to both throughout the recruitment process within the Financial Services sector.

Duties will include:

  • Proactively sourcing and registering candidates
  • Proactively sourcing client call lists
  • Qualifying new clients by making marketing calls
  • Marketing candidates to clients to develop new business
  • Meeting with clients to new business develop and maintain relationships
  • Arranging interviews between candidates and clients
  • Agreeing pricing terms in line with Poolia's pricing policies
  • Successfully placing candidates with clients and managing the process from resignation to start date and throughout placement
  • Ensuring that client, candidate and placement records are compliant with EAA, Poolia's policies and terms signed with agreement clients
  • Achieving and exceeding KPIs and activity levels as set by your manager on a daily and weekly basis
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of the industry in which you specialise and be aware of market conditions

The suitable candidate will have a solid understanding of the FS/Banking sector whilst actively promoting all services offered by the business and taking full responsibility for all aspects of the recruitment process. Ideally the candidate will be able to provide evidence of consistent previous billings and be a hardworking, proactive and personable person who takes pride in their desk and strives to be top of their field.
